I finish most of my commissions within 2 - 4 weeks, but your commission may take some extra time or could be completed more quickly depending on the subject matter. If this is the case, I will notify you. I have no set amount of slots before I close commissions, and will close depending on the difficulty of the commissions in the list.

what if i want a refund?
Purchases can only be refunded if I have not sent any commission progress to you yet. After an update has been sent, all purchases are non-refundable.
what if i don't like it?
I have an unlimited adjustment/edit policy that extends even after the commission has been marked as complete. Please do not abuse this system, and note that I may not make major edits if you change your mind halfway through the process. Edits also will take some extra time, although there is no excess fee. If you did not provide adequate information about the desired painting, I will take artistic liberties to fill in the gaps.

when do i pay?
You have two options for payment: full amount/up-front before the commission is begun, or half at the start and the second half after the flat colors are finished. Please notify me which you would prefer. If you are paying on Etsy, only the up-front option is available.
what if i want it in a certain style?
I usually stylize the commission to a small degree based on the reference material and "atmosphere" of the piece as given by the commissioner. If there's a specific style you want me to lean toward (anime, chibi, realism, etc.) please notify me beforehand.
